Cathy has both corporate and public practice experience and is passionate about assisting small businesses and families to grow their wealth. Cathy's family have managed highly respected family accounting practices in our region for over 60 years.

Christine is highly skilled, qualified and respected. She is a CA, holds a Master of Accountancy as well as a Bachelor of Business (Finance). Having been with BWR for over 18 years, she meticulously upholds the highest standards at all times.

A master of communication with almost four decades of experience at BWR, Sue is more than just an efficient driving force in the office. Her passion for small business and agriculture means she relates on a personal level to all her clients and their professional ambitions.

Julie has been with BWR for over a decade. She is not only skilled in the technical aspects of Accounting and Finance, but also loves the client facing aspect of her role. Julie thrives on problem solving and welcomes a challenge. Julie is devoted to finding the best possible solution.

With over 12 years' experience across a range of sectors in the Accounting and Finance industry, Rohinesh has excellent technical skills and is well equipped to handle any challenge efficiently. He lives by his motto, "Simple living, high thinking.

Jeannette has over 39 years of experience administering offices, and holds Certificates in Administration and Bookkeeping. For over 18 years, she has demonstrated her outstanding organisation and problem solving abilities within BWR, ensuring clients' needs are met.

Jennifer has refined the art of bookkeeping over her 36 years in the field. Her sharp eye for detail can always be relied on to ensure all work is completed to the highest of standards. Jennifer's organised and amicable approach is an asset to the team and clients alike.

Natasha holds a Diploma in Accounting and is currently completing a Bachelor of Accounting at CSU. She is known for her love of learning and tackling challenges head on. Natasha loves helping out on the farm on weekends.

Karen has over 16 years of industry experience and was a long-standing team member at McGlynn & McGlynn prior to the incorporation. Her genuine interest in clients' welfare is reflected in her focus on providing top-notch customer service.

Kate started with BWR in 2020. Kate is well qualified - she has completed a Bachelor of Agricultural Business Management and is now studying a Bachelor of Accounting. Kate's previous roles include Rural Merchandising, Customer Service and Administration.

Linda joined the BWR team in 2021 after an extended period living overseas. With more than 30 years of Administration experience, Linda's client-focused approach and organisational skills help ensure that all requests are dealt with promptly and professionally.
